“We wanted a property in Newtown, close to our kids. This property was a 10 minute walk to their house and close to all shops and amenities. There was a minor hiccup on our arrival and the owner was amazing. He got onto it straight away, and then followed up to make sure everything was ok. The property had everything we needed. A large living space, and a large bathroom with a bath. We will definitely stay again.”

“For us, this was a perfect location for a honeymoon. Our host Rob assisted us with information about places of interest in the area and dining options.The accommodation and estate area was well presented and maintained. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future. ”

“this property was not up to the standard of stayz accom. maintence guy spent 2 days repairing the unit. Toilet still plushes onto concret outside - not sure a plumber has been arranged - wiping stove top locks it - no reset switch have to turn main switch off to reset not sure electrician has been organised. You will find this unit in a lot better shape that we did ”
