「Check-in was difficult & not on time & no email to say they were late. Room maintenance awful. Room Cleanliness poor. On site representative Tina was amazing at sorting & solving issues. Thank heavens for her.」

「The experience was not good in all. The bathroom toilet was leaking, informed but no action. The shower cabin was not good, the glass door was bumping into the cabin itself. The dining chairs were stained, had to inform about this also. Otherwise who know if they charge you from your deposit. The bathtub was filthy. The toilet supply was not adequate for 2 days in a 3 bed flat. You can find better places for this price.」

The check-in hours listed on the itinerary differed from those provided by the establishment, which caused a minor delay, but nothing unmanageable.
