「Wow! What else can i say. This property has everything you need for a get away and then some! Ernie and Carmelita were extremely gracious hosts. The salsa and chips was a lovely surprise after a day of long travel. Easy access to the trails and dog friendly. The pressure washer was a nice bonus after those muddy rides. Would stay here again!」

「Communication with Sarah was great, she was on top of everything and quick to answer questions. This is a great spot for riders to hang out after a long day on the trails. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t meet any of the neighbors. The town of Mullens was great, all the businesses were welcoming and the people were very nice!」

We had a power outage our first night and Gary stopped in to check that we were okay and see if we needed more batteries for the provided lanterns. Just a note, when the power is out, the wifi obviously goes, too, and cell service though both Verizon and AT&T is nonexistent until you get closer to the gas station on 44 and 52. Well equipped cabin! It's nice to sit on the back porch and listen to the creek, or light a fire with...

「We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!」

「This place is perfect, especially for the price. Plenty of room, and Pete the caretaker is awesome. Anthony the owner is great about getting back to you quickly when you have questions. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in or around Logan, WV.」

「This house was great!! Extreamly clean and so comfortable!! It was easy to get to. Owners were so nice and quick to answere any question you may have. We will definitely be staying there anytime we are in the area.」

「Spacious house, very clean, very close to the trails as well as the local resort which you can get gas, use the car wash, grab something from the store, or even grab a bite to eat. A little further out there's also local car wash with a pizza shop and gas station across the street. Trailhead bar / restaurant has great food nearby. Kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable as well. Plenty of room to park. 」

「I was grateful for the availability so I could visit my son starting rotations at the local hospital. Great spot if you have a vehicle, but not very walkable to local restaurants/shops without sidewalks. Very clean and good communication with the property management. Would recommend this rental to others. 」
