“Great overnight stay before our morning flight”

“Good room. Great service. Affordable.”

“It was a spacious room, comfortable bed with good aircoditioning and black out curtains. Room service was food and food very good and plenty of options. Lobby and restaurant was good. All this made this hotel worthwile, so 5 stars. Some people may find these things important for a star rating so just mentioning.... No mini fridge and microwave in room though there was provision for this. The safe was inoperable. Lacked cleanliness in bathroom. Shower doors were heavily stained with hard water……

“Room: it is big and clean seems to be new (or been renovated), with kettle but not fridge, bedsheets and towels were also clean. Location: there are some local small restaurants and markets nearby, it is easy to get a rickshaw, cab, Uber or Ola. Staff shown inappropriate behavor. Breakfast: only 2 slices of bread omellete.”

“Poor and non maintenance of infra and aesthetics. Romms are very smelly and not cleaned properly. Had to complain just to get towels and welcome kit. After 2 reminder got my breakfast. Wifi highly unstable and this is just check in beginning.....”

“No room service, not even tea or coffee available. Room looks cosy and well designed I stayed for 3 days. Second day I had to ask them to get room cleaned else would hav cleaned only after I checked out.”

“The hotel doesnot honor online services mentioned. It was mentioned that we would have free breakfast but hotel denied it and said to contact hotels.com Tried to call and chat both to hotels.com but they were unreachable. Extremely disappointed by hotels.com. Have never came across such a pathetic lack of customer service before. Also, the hotel doesn't have twin beds. They will give you mattress to sleep of floor if you are more than 2 adults. Only good thing was that the room was clean which……
