Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, freezer) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. Schöne Anlage, toller Blick

Die Anlage war sehr schön gelegen und schön gestaltet. Der Blick war sensationell. Das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es ist inklusive Geschirrspüler alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man braucht. Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt! Jeden Tag werden Pool und Liegen gereinigt.
