Comfortable room, but no safe
Very comfortable, clean, and business travel friendly room. The restaurant staffs are not as well trained in customer service and how to respond when taking the wrong order. Also, there’s no safe in the room.

Walkable to and from terminal 4 at Heathrow airport. Just ask how to cross over through an indoor bridge. That was huge for me. Large, well equipped room, bit London city prices and very quiet. Nice breakfast.

Had a problem after check in. Power went out in room. Nobody knew where circuit breaker was to reset. After wife shower we plugged all the I phones and iPads in and circuit popped. After midnight. By the time came to do something management sent one guy up he tried several things and left. 30 minutes later we called again about what are going to do? They send up a lady now and she cannot do anything . Now after 1 am I suggest they bring something with temp lighting. So she comes back with flashlights and tells us they are moving us to another room from the 4 floor to 6th. We are in our sleeping pajamas dragging our opened suitcases in the hallways and elevators. The first rooms we are moving into is occupied. So she goes back down and about 20 minutes later has keys to another room. Finally at 2 am we get to lay down to sleep.

We chose this hotel because we had an overnight layover. It was a great option. We decided to take a free train from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4 and take the walking bridge to the hotel. It’s about a 10-15 min walk. So it you have luggage it will be a hard walk. Maybe the bus is a butter way for you. It drops you right at the door of the hotel.

Good stay! Loved how easy it was to get to the airport terminals. Free transportation available from the hotel to terminal 3. Short 10 minute walk indoors to the rails. Total of around 20 minutes from hotel to terminal 3 check in. Breakfast included was a plus. Would stay again.

Virtually on airport property. Convenient shuttle, but not free. €6.80 per person. Good dining options as both hotel and the Crown Plaza share the same building. Only 2 usb outlets in room and no electric plugs available for an adapter.
