Best features about this property, very close to Paddington station and has an elevator. Worst things about this property is the carpets in the hallway are very very very dirty, the room was so small, very very hot ( had a small fan thank goodness), tiny bathroom had taps that had a button that would turn water on like a public bathroom, BUGS in bathroom ( so gross), small window that didn’t really open.. no air flow. Pictures of room on internet do not match what we actually stayed in. ( we were on 4th floor) I couldn’t sleep because of the sauna like conditions in the room and the thought of bugs crawling around. Staff at front desk were nice.

Room was clean, beds very comfy. Hotel is basic, the corridors are a little outdated and could do with a new carpets! But overall the hotel and staff were great for the price and to lay the head down at night!

I was on a business trip for 2 nights. It was a price / performance choice for me, which indeed was generally OK. The main problem was wi-fi. Even in the lobby, the connection was worse than bad. Consider it there is no wi-fi. The breakfast was good. The personnel was good. Bathrooms and toilets are small (this is common in UK)

Convenient and competitively priced. Room was clean and surprisingly spacious. Otherwise, facilities are basic and dated. If you need clean, convenient and budget friendly, this is a good option. If you want glamour, then go elsewhere.

I had booked a triple room, we were given a room on the top floor of the hotel, basically in the attic, the room provided was far too small for three people to comfortably stay in it, there was about a foot between the beds, if anyone wanted to move about the room the other two had to sit on the beds, it was very cramped, we had the smallest window known to man in the room, coupled with no air con on two of the hottest days in London, we were provided a fan but it was inadequate to say the least, when we asked for a second one we were told there was no more available. The bathroom was minuscule, no lock on the door either and the shower was extremely small, water pressure was non existent, a dribble out of the shower head. We did ask to change rooms but were told that the hotel was fully booked. All in all a very bad stay, it would not entice me to book there again

The location was great. If you want affordable but don’t care about fit and finish, this may work for you. Unfortunately the hotel was not maintained well. Low water pressure, no air conditioning, uncomfortable beds.

Hotellin Wifi oli pelkkä vitsi, toimi todella huonosti. Hotellihuoneessa korkea kosteus %, ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Huoneen lukko oli hutera, ei turvalukkoa. Hotellissa ei ollut aamupalaa taikka muuta syötävää tarjolla. Huone siisti ja siivottiin päivittäin. Mukava henkilökunta.

I stayed on the 5th floor and was grateful for the (very slow) elevator. The room was relatively quiet for London but the heater did not manage to heat against the cold air coming through the not very well insulated window early January when it was freezing outside. The room was of reasonable size and all key items you would expect (kettle, cup, tea, coffee, wardrobe and TV) available. The TV didn't work, but I got that fixed through bringing the remote to reception and a change of batteries, the kettle didn't fit into the tiny sink but a water bottle could fill it. There were a few hairs on the bed linen, dust in specific places and cups not washed daily. The shower head was blocked but even after cleaning it myself, the shower pressure was very low - causing some difficulties getting shampoo out of the hair. The room/bathroom could do with some TLC but I have seen worse in London. The staff was polite and helpful and the reception 24 hours manned.

We booked a triple apartment including a separate twin room expecting spacious and safe accommodation for our family, including two young children. We arrived in the evening to be told we didn’t have a booking. After 30 minutes, the hotel admitted a systems error meant out booking hadn’t been fulfilled and they had no availability, except for a smaller apartment. This meant our young children had to share a bed and my wife and I had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed in the same room. This downgrade severely disrupted our holiday, requiring us to sit in the dark after our children’s bedtime to avoid waking them and leaving us with stiff backs and necks after two nights of discomfort. We were told they would check for a larger room the following day, but nothing was available. The room itself was tired with broken tiles etc, but more concerning was apparent lack of regard for safety, with a broken safety latch on the window allowing it to open fully and a fire extinguisher that had been marked as last serviced over 8 years ago. Despite all of this, the hotel have been refusing to issue any amount of refund on the booking, despite fully admitting fault over the reservation. Safe to say we won’t be back.

2019年春節倫敦旅遊住宿經驗

飯店與地鐵及鐵路車站都非常近(不到3分鐘)，所以雖然與多個熱門景點有段距離，但都能方便到達，利用Paddington鐵路車站到牛津也非常便利，在這段旅遊期間感受交通便利的便利。住房還算乾淨舒適，但衛浴空間有些小，使用慧覺得壅擠。Paddington車站內有超市，方便採購。

訂房時已全付款了，入住時酒店還打印單據說我們未付款，還好是我們有打印單據作証，地點好，四人房空間尚可，浴室太細抽氣差有異味，房間地板行過時發出聲音，地毯沒吸，有一天回房時發現窗打開了，由於住在路面層較近街，這樣做法較為危險，酒店較舊。
