There is one centrally located bathroom fitted with a full-size bathtub and a wall-mounted handheld shower, along with a toilet and basin. The apartment is situated on an elevated ground floor, with just two small steps from the street level to the front door, and no further steps inside the property.

The living area is furnished with a plush grey sofa, a leather armchair and a colourful statement rug that adds warmth and texture. Large sash windows bring in plenty of daylight, creating a cosy atmosphere for unwinding after a day out. The adjacent kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with sage green subway tiles, sleek white cabinets and a full range of appliances, including a hob, microwave, a combination washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, caffetaire – everything you need for a home-from-home stay.

The three bedrooms all have double beds. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

The Lead guest will be requested to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Kindly note that check-in for last-minute reservations made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability and a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M

Check in Process: In addition to self checkin via lockbox, we also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
