Our cozy studio flat is located in Battersea, 20 min away from London's city centre.

Nestled in London's best borough to live in 2024 (Wandsworth) according to Bloomberg, our flat is perfect for those seeking comfort, safety and peace, whilst being a stone throw away from restaurants, shops, The Royal Academy of Dance, The newly launched Battersea Power Station and London's city centre.

Our super bright studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable and functional king size bed and a private bathroom. We include all linens, coffee and tea.

Our main selling point is our cleaning standards. As highly allergic people, we truly understand how to clean spaces to make them allergy friendly.

Important Notes (for a smooth experience):

Our flat is located in a 3rd floor with staircase access (no lift available in the building).

Check-in: 5 pm - 10 pm ONLY. Late check-in (10 pm - 11 pm) incurs a £25 cash fee. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Key Collection: Your host will greet you upon arrival with your keys.

Respectful Enjoyment: Please be mindful of noise, especially in shared areas. No parties or smoking are allowed.

Guest Limit: Maximum of 2 guests.

Towel Policy: One set per guest (weekly changes for longer stays).

Late key return incurs a £20 fee.
