This is a large apartment spread over three floors. Main living area/kitchen on one floor, very large bedroom and en-suite above with a second bedroom and small ensuite. Third bedroom is down a very steep, quirky wood block set of stairs below the main floor. As their ad says, not for people with any sort of mobility issue or small kids. We decided trying to take a larger suitcase down was probably a suicide mission (nowhere to put it anyway). This bedroom also has an en-suite but, for two people, it is tiny.
There were some small things that became a little annoying - pot lights burned out, some basic kitchen things (like a tin opener) missing, only three wine glasses (and all 3 were different), set of remote control blinds in the bedroom that were stuck half open, no instructions where to put garbage (just "take it out"), wrong internet info on the sheet left in the apartment. The apartment also had a truly bewildering number of switches and knobs on the walls, half of which seemed to do nothing (or were broken), Although check-in was smooth (Hugo was waiting when we arrived) and communication was good up until half way through our stay but then it just stopped and messages weren't responded to.
Location is a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest tube stations but there are multiple buses close by that will get you around (including the 328 that drops you right at Earl's Court Tube Station if you don't fancy the walk) and lots of eating options. It's a quite street.
