Welcome to this colourful and inviting family home nestled in the heart of Clapton, East London. Perfect for families or groups seeking a stylish and spacious base, this beautifully presented house combines warm, characterful interiors with a rare and expansive garden – ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.
Spread across multiple floors, the home features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms and three modern bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bathtub). The sleeping arrangements cater to all kinds of stays, with a mix of king, queen, double, and single beds, plus a bunk bed and a sofa bed being installed in July 2025 – ensuring even more comfort and flexibility for up to eleven guests.
Inside, you’ll find bright and welcoming living spaces filled with colourful touches and personal details. The cosy lounge area comes with a plush sofa and Smart TV – perfect for winding down after a day exploring. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including two ovens and a dishwasher, making home-cooked meals a breeze. The dining area comfortably seats eight and opens onto a stunning garden – a true London gem – complete with ample outdoor seating for morning coffees or alfresco dinners in the warmer months.
Make yourself at home! You'll have full access to the entire flat, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We've provided fresh linen, cosy bed sheets, and luxurious toiletries for your convenience. If you have any questions or need recommendations, feel free to reach out.

Clapton is a lively and creative neighbourhood known for its laid-back charm, buzzing food scene, and abundance of green space. Spend weekends browsing local treasures at Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, and Chatsworth Road Market, all nearby. Enjoy scenic strolls or morning jogs along the canals or through Hackney Marshes, Millfields Park, and along the River Lea.
When it comes to dining, head into Hackney and prepare for an exciting culinary adventure. This rapidly evolving part of East London is now home to some of the city’s boldest and most creative chefs. Dine at high-end hotspots like Miga, Sesta (housed in the former Pidgin), or experience fire-fuelled dishes at Lagom. Don’t miss Mambow by chef Abby Lee, or enjoy the rotating kitchen residency at Tasca in Bethnal Green. Getting around is simple and convenient. Clapton Overground Station is just a short walk away, providing direct access to Liverpool Street Station in under 15 minutes and connections across London. There’s also a handy bus stop just two minutes from the front door, making this home the perfect launchpad for discovering all that London has to offer.

* Organising parties is strictly prohibited in the property
* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
* Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
