讚好：職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
不滿：整潔度
Good and Bad
Good point:
1. location in the business area and walking distance to London/Tower Bridge
2. Good idea to provide the drinking water system at each floors.
Bad points:
1. The room is very old style and full of dust in bed, in the drawers, on the tables, on the wall. I even have to clean myself because I found it at night when I come back late after business dinner.
2. When I take a shower, the water pipe is blocked. I have to clean the dirt and hair in the water pipe myself.
It could be the 4 stars hotel standard in 1990, but Totally 2 stars hotel standard in 2024. I have a frequent flyer over 80 nights per year. This hotel definitely needs to improve a lot to gain back the trust of clients.
