This well-appointed 134m2 home is just a 9-minute walk from Preston Road Underground Station, located in the suburban area of Wembley. Preston Road High Street offers a variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants.

The living room is beautifully furnished, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

This property boasts a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxation and outdoor living. Equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, it's an ideal spot for al fresco dining or enjoying the fresh air. The garden also features a dedicated children's play area, making it an excellent space for families to enjoy leisure and playtime.

The open-plan kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

This spacious property features five bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for various needs. Three bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds, providing plenty of room for relaxation. One bedroom has a cosy double bed, while the fifth bedroom includes a single bed, ideal for children.

The three bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

This two-story home includes one flight of stairs, but two bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Wembley is a lively suburban neighborhood in northwest London, renowned for its iconic Wembley Stadium and Arena, which host major events and concerts. The area features a range of shopping options, including the London Designer Outlet, along with diverse restaurants and cafés. With excellent transport links via the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, Wembley offers easy access to central London while maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere. Its mix of entertainment and green spaces makes it an appealing choice for families and professionals alike.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Preston Road, is just a 9-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note the home is on the market to be sold. Viewings may be held during your stay with notice. Do not book this home if you cannot honour viewings during your stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
