The living room is thoughtfully furnished with a cosy seating area, including a sofa bed, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal spot for unwinding and spending quality time with your group.

Step outside to the terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy al fresco dining or simply relax in the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. Additionally, a washer is available for your convenience.

The house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a queen bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.

There are 2.5 bathrooms, each stocked with essential amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries for your comfort.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

You can also visit Primrose Hill, where you'll find a charming hilltop park with panoramic views of the city skyline - perfect for a relaxing day outdoors. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest underground station, Swiss Cottage, is just a 2-minutes walk.

Heathrow Airport is one hour drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
