Angenehmer Aufenthalt für einen Städtetrip in London, ruhige Umgebung, sehr gut mit Bussen und Tube angebunden. Auswahl beim Frühstück war etwas dürftig, z.B. nur ein Kaffeeautomat.

Breakfast was great. The staff were kind. The rooms are very small. They are cramped. The staff couldn't give any advice because they don't know anything about the neighborhood.

Truly fantastic, great central location but on a quiet and safe side road. The room was lovely, very clean and well decorated. We had one of the lower ground rooms with no window - but it totally didn’t feel like it as it was well lit and very comfortable. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the breakfast was really good too. Would certainly recommend

Room with window on 6th floor was great, staff overall very helpful and friendly. Great location very close to tube and many restaurants nearby including a Sainsbury’s local. Breakfast was only let down - hot breakfast needs to improve especially the sausages (poor quality and rubbery might be better fried not air fried) and more options for eggs required (only scrambled egg available), fruit salad didn’t taste fresh.

On the whole, a good experience, July 2025 Pros: Great reception and breakfast staff, very helpful and friendly Modern décor, comfortable, spacious bathroom Good fitness room, modern and ample machinery Good location Cons: Strange furnishing choices: no place to hang or stow clothes; no desk/chair in room Breakfast: adequate, not great. Coffee machine a disaster, a real bottleneck; staff sometimes forget that bowls and mugs can’t be seen under the counter.

The staff were exceptional so helpful pleasant and friendly. Room was clean and fresh and the sound proofing which was advertised was so good. Very central location.

This hotel has 2 entire floors with 50 rooms in the basement. The room I was allocated didn't have any window, daylight or fresh air. It was on the floor -2 (second floor underground) that was labelled as 1. It will be impossible for anyone claustrophobic to sleep in these rooms. This information is not peovided at the point of booking, which is a misleading sale. Upon my protest, the front desk staff reluctantly gave me a room on the upper floor. This room was very small but had a window. Nevertheless, the window had a closed glass that was so frosted that the only thing visible through it was daylight, nothing else. Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff is good but the rooms are terrible and way overpriced for what they are. Anybody with claustrophobia shall stay away from this hotel.
