Perfect place to stay in London! Good location, next to subway. Many restaurants in the neighborhood. Hotel is very nice. Comfortable bed, clean room. Good breakfast. Special mention to the staff: very friendly and helpful. Really recommended

Nice and clean, perfect for a short stay. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself felt very safe and the location was very walkable and close to lots of dining and things to do.

Room is a little small but fine, Cleanliness is a bit average as requested a refresh/new towels and never happened. Had to ask a second time for towels which wasn’t ideal. location is great super close to Spitalfields markets and about a 10min walk to Liverpool station which suited us perfectly

When we arrived at the hotel we could instantly see how dirty the property was. We got there late so had no choice but to stay the night. The room was even worse. The carpet had not been vacuumed at all, there were stains all over the floor and curtains, hair in the shower, and a big brown stain on the pillow. Hotels.com was the only positive about this stay. They were able to help us get a refund for our unstated nights. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Stay far away if you have any cleanliness standards at all.

Specify meals at check in

I was charged for breakfast even though I did not eat it. Be sure to specify when you check in because the person at checkout told me my charges could not be correct after my receipt was printed. It made no sense to me because how would I have known that before I saw my receipt?!

Primeira experiência no HUB e sua proposta. òtimas instalações. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente.Muito bom o café da manhã, com opções de café e chá disponíveis 24 horas. Design moderno. A Tv ão funcionou e rapidamente apresentaram opção de mudançã de quarto ou serviço de reparo o que foi realizado prontamente e com sucesso. Banheiro amplo e quarot com espaços bem divididos. O funcionário Annes consertou a TV e foi muito gentil. A Rua Brick Lane tem várias opções de comidas indianas e orientais. Fácil acesso a ônibus e metrô. Gostamos muito.

Personnels agréables et souriants. Chambres très fonctionnelles. Petit-déjeuner continental servi jusqu'à 11h avec du choix. Un coin boissons chaudes à volonté toute la journée, un plus non négligeable surtout en hiver. Situé à 35min de St Pancrass en bus. Le quartier est vivant cuisines du monde, friperies, superettes et le Old Spitafields Market.... je reviendrais avec plaisir

Café y té de cortesía excelente!! Desayuno no incluido, pero a muy buen precio. Muy bien comunicado y con varios mercados y tiendas con muchísimas opciones para comer. Lo recomiendo 100%. La única pega, el desague de la ducha iba muy lento, pero lo comentamos en recepción y espero que ya esté arreglado. Por lo demás todo genial! Buena relación calidad precio.

We hebben de ontbijt wel betaald met boeken maar niet gekregen.we hebben nogmaals betaald in hotel.ontbijt was heel simpel met inchecken hadden ze problemen in systeem we krijgen geen pasje.achteraf gaven ze ons wel eentje.kamers zouden ze 12 uur schoonmaken ook dat gebeurde niet..straat is ook erg druk
