The property is very clean and very well maintained. All of the staff I interacted with were courteous, friendly and accommodating. I had no issues. The homes around the property are not the nicest and the property looks out of place in the neighborhood but it was safe and I had no issues. This was my 2nd time staying here.

The staff at the imperial guest house were terrific and very accommodating to my very early flight. Location is optimal for traveling into the city & airport. Rooms were very clean and up to date, water was provided each day for convenience. Would stay again :)

It was perfect for my stay as I travelled through London. The staff were lovely people, the rooms were well kept and updated, and the instructions were clear. Highly recommend for a single person visiting London. Oh, and the location is also fantastic. Just a few blocks from the tube and busses.

But with due respect we have to say that you got it all wrong, our Shared Shower & Toilet rooms are only 3 on each Floor all other rooms are En-suite. Secondly, if you had an issue you should have brought it to the Notice of our Reception and we would had a chance to resolve the issue. And our Reception is Open 24/7. Thank you

This place is located in a very sketchy and run down area. At night there is loud music blasting and the windows don’t shut so you’re forced to listen while sleeping. Music was blasting till 4am.

We did report the issue to the Council who did come to ask them to switch off the music. Our guesthouse is in Hounslow Central back of the Council civic centre. We are not sure what you mean run down. We have no control on how other people keep their property and the state of the houses.

Nice guest house near Heathrow, good value for money. It is clean and the staff are friendly. No breakfast offered but there are plenty of cafés nearby. Short walk to the underground station. The only thing I didn't like was that my room was near reception and sometimes it was a little bit noisy at nighttime, with people coming in late etc.

I had a great stay at this property. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, easy to get to with plenty of parking. Felt like a safe area and close to places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Don´t go there!
Not what I expected at all. Room was very, very small and the bathroom was also extremely small and didn´t contain a bath, just an extremely small shower which was not properly cleaned. There was no breakfast available at all which they said they had stated on their webpage -I booked through Hotels.com and was not aware this. The internet was extremely slow and there were numerous interruptions. When complaining, the staff said I was the first guest ever to complain, instead they claimed to have a very fast internet. I happened to discuss this with another guest, who the same say also had complained about the slow internet - therefore I was not the first guest complaining. I don´t like people lying to med. To add unslut to injury ro price for this tiny mousetrap of a room was also very high, leading me to have big expectations. Never again.

Quality hotel, great location.
Another terrific experience. The hotel is always immaculte, about a 4 miute walk to the tube, situated on a quiet street but close to the towns bars/restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly. This is a quality, moderñ hotel at a budget price. Fresh flowers in the lobby is a lovely touch.
