Great Marriott in a perfect location

Enjoyed my stay here! It was for business because most of meetings were right around the corner, but it was centrally located, so I would consider going again for leisure as well. The whole area was decorated so nicely for Christmas too. The service was great!

Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Everyone -bellman, front desk, concierge, room service staff, guest relations, etc.- went out of their way to make us feel at home. Very happy with the room service, particularly liked the turndown service during the early evenings. Compliments to Mihaela from guest relations. She was very helpful in accommodating us into a better accessible room upon arrival. Also the Mayfair location is just exceptional. A central, elegant, classy, pleasant and beautiful London neighborhood. We highly recommend the London Marriott hotel at Grosvenor Square.

We had a great four night stay at this hotel. It was very clean and quiet. Very easy access to the subway and cab in front of the hotel. Staff were very nice and attentive. You feel that they really want to make sure you are having a good stay and we appreciated it very much. Great restaurants were in the area. Our London stay was great since we chose this hotel and made everything easy. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back very soon!

You can’t beat the location if your priority is shopping. 2 min to Selfridges, 9 min to Bond St by foot. Bond St and Green Park tube stations allow for easy transportation. Club Lounge is underwhelming so I wouldn’t spend the extra $ or points for that. In that case, go to JW Marriott 3 mins away.

In truth, I intended to book a different hotel which was hosting an awards ceremony, but booking the London Marriott was probably the best mistake Ive made in a long time. Firstly, its 5mins from everything in the heart of the West End, 2 mins walk from Bond St tube station. The staff were so welcoming and my room was immaculate with a bed that had insanely soft pillows, felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. When I entered the room, I was met with a ‘good luck at the awards’ message on my mirror which was such a nice personal touch as I had mentioned my nomination previously. The breakfast the next morning was divine and the noon check-out meant that I could enjoy the serenity of my room that little bit longer. Highly recommend

This was our second stay at this location on Grosvenor Square. We had a lovely room overlooking the square. The staff were lovely and gave us a surprise for our anniversary. Area very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Mayfair is the best part of London.
