The rear of the building leads to a lovely park with tennis courts. Boris Bikes are available directly at the rear of the building as well.
One bedroom with a super king bed and additional sleeping space in the drawing room comprising a double sofa bed which can be made up with fresh pressed linen and towels. ***PLEASE NOTE THE SOFA-BED is made up upon request for an additional £30 charge for the 3rd and 4th guest***.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am
- Smoking is not allowed. Ashtrays are provided outside.
- We have a very strict no party policy and reserve the right to ask guests to leave if other guests in the building or neighbours are disturbed
-Pets are allowed, upon request, for an additional £30 charge but we do ask that they stay in the reception area and corridor area where we have wooden floors as the bedrooms have seagrass carpet which is easy to soil and cannot be cleaned
