Awesome stay and great location
The hotel staff was very helpful, they helped us with packaging our luggage and helped us moved it onto the car. All the staff were nice. Tea facilities were not available in the room but a pantry is located on the floor; with a coffee machine and teabags and a reasonably large fridge with table water and fresh milk the pantry was frequently cleaned.

Really enjoyed our stay, my only drawback was I couldn't get the shower to work in 212. It was a dribble that then became nothing. Forgot to mention at check out 🙈. Staff were all friendly and helpful in a non-imposing way. Impressive decor, cleanliness and shagpile for a hotel.

Was a disappointing stay as the property needs a huge revamp with decor and furnishings feeling old and some usual facilities in room either not working or missing. Hopefully will get a good overhaul by the new owners.

Pænt hotel og godt værelse. De har kun daglig rengøring hvis man beder om det men gør det så også. Til gengæld har de super kaffemaskine på hver etage der laver rigtig god kaffe, latte osv. ligeledes vand og boblevand i flaske til frit brug. Tæt på metro og i roligt kvarter.

Property was immaculate, having access to bottled cold water and a vending machine was definitely a game changer. Room was clean and ideal location, had a beautiful view.

Poor location Sick stains on the carpet. Booked superior queen room but felt equivalent to a travelodge. Expected minibar and coffee machine in the room but had to go into a shared corridor to use this so it did feel more like a hostel experience.

Vi bodde 5 nätter på hotellet i ett clubdubbelrum, alltså ganska enkel standard, en våning upp ut mot gatan. Rummet hade 4 stora fönster, var mycket tyst med välfungerande AC och skön lite hårdare säng som dock är i smalaste laget. Det finns en kaffemaskin i korridoren där man hämtar dryck fritt. Man behöver säga till i receptionen om rummet ska städas varje dag. Läget passade oss utmärkt. Det ligger mitt mellan Shoredich och Coventgarden och gillar man att promenera är det promenadavstånd till båda. Annars är det 5 minuters promenad till tunnelbanan och en busshållplats finns utanför Hotelentrén. Vi åt aldrig på hotellet och var aldrig på takterassen. Vi upplevde att Hotellet var prisvärt för sin standard och sitt läge.

The room was beautiful - classy decor, great attention to detail, and openable windows with seats to enjoy a warm morning. Coffee and tea stations on every floor with complementary drinks and biscuits, a cut above the usual sachet of instant coffee and kettle. Comfortable bed. The hotel is a short walk from Farringdon station, so it’s a great location. Where the hotel was let down was breakfast service. Breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate but we decided to eat there. Big mistake. The kitchen is viewable from the dining room and I could see the chaos going on despite the fact that it wasn’t very busy. I could also see our breakfast resting on the pass for at least 10 minutes without the lamp being turned on to keep it warm. I had to ask the server to get the kitchen to redo it. Outrageously, I was charged £14.50 for a small scattering of cold tofu and 5 asparagus spears, garnished with a teaspoon of dried chilli flakes.

I had an issue with the bathroom which was not sorted and when I raised it the staff said they would get it fixed and get back to me. Nobody got back to me and the issue was never fixed. When I raised it again I was ignored.
