不滿：設施服務
While the overall communication and helpfulness from the property manager was very good, the listing was not reflective of the property. The furniture and carpets were stained and felt gross to sit on. There were even stains on the blinds. When we arrived, the house cleaner had just left and she hung the towels up around the property, even over the bathroom doors, to dry. So upon checking we had no dry towels. Instead of having fresh towels we had to wait several hours for everything to dry.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the unit is very hot in the summer. Our 6 year old even complained about how hard the bed was. Extremely uncomfortable sleeping.
The shower and bath felt new and clean which was one of the only positives. However the toilet paper holders were loose and falling off so we couldn’t hang the roll on them. Very poor construction work.
Fans were provided, however we had to prop them up against something as they were so beaten up that they wobbled and would fall over.
The building itself was nice. The elevator was new and nice. The area is close to a park and the main high street but there is very little to walk to and eat. One direction brings you to a very shady area and the other is mainly offices.
Overall not worth the money at all but the managers were extremely polite and responsive. Not a place for people with kids to stay.
