Amazing bed and nights sleep, most of the staff were good especially the new guy he was very polite and friendly, food good little over prised, for what we got and had to send one dish back as it was cold peas put on plate straight from the can, Plenty to do in the hotel and not much noise being close to a airport

Had to feedback about the car park. Sadly it is not managed by the hotel (done via a 3rd party). No Disabled or EV charging bays were accessible due to other customers blocking access to all of them. Inside very nice, friendly staff and overall the hotel had a nice vibe.

The Moxy Excel is a great stay - lovely staff, great facilities and nice rooms. The TV unfortunately wasn't working correctly, even after staff reset it - if the wireless connection isn't working seamlessly then have the tv in a position to connect a cable. The breakfast was nice, but limited options for those with allergies (dairy) gor the hot food. The hot food wasn't always the warmest. Overall a nice stay and would likely stay again.

Nice room, very clean and comfy bed. In quite a quite area. There was a heat wave when I stayed and the air conditioning kept my room lovely and cool. Car park right across the road with CCTV and a security guard doing periodic checks. DLR train station a couple of minutes walk away. I would stay here again.
