地點一流，旁邊就是Earl's court 地鐵站。酒店較舊，但要求不高的話，也可以接受。酒店有升降機，我有两件大型行李也沒有問題。我的房間花洒水龍頭有點問題，只能上下一同出水，淋浴是沒有問題的，只是較浪費水。早餐很一般，不要有什麼期望，吃飽是可以的。

The staff was very friendly. The hotel has lift. However, there's no heat in the room and it was smelly. Bathroom was not clean at all.

Good location

Very close to the train station, only three mins walk. Big bed. Quiet street. Unlimited hot water supply. Most of the staff very friendly except a guy which locked the door from inside at the mid night n put a signage at the entrance asked us to wait for 5mins. But it turn out 15mins waiting n is was so cold outside the street & I got a cold afterwards & without any apologise.

2 nights stay in London

The hotel room is really small and uncomfotable. The staff didnt clean up the room well. I definitely wont recommend anyone to live in this hotel.

Hotel position is great

Very close to the tube station, only few minutes distance. Not take long time to go to London center, but bit far from the Royal Albert Hall (I choose to close to Albert Hall when I booked). Many shops and restaurants near the hotel. The free coffee and tea are provided by hotel but you need to go to the G/F, restaurant to get it. It's not in your room, very strange, restaurant's light are off at night. They provide buffet breakfast, many foods but taste are not good, even coffee and tea are... can say no taste. Overall, besides breakfast and the free coffee and tea, hotel services is OK, receptionish are polite and helpful. Room is clean and tidy, and the size of the room is not samll in London. The best is the location, very close to tube station.

I stayed there in May and my experience was very good but this time I got a room on the 1st floor, it is very small,window could not be opened, very noisy (can hear peopl walking on 2nd floor). Will give a 2nd thought whether to stay next time.

Das Hotel war gut für einen Städtetrip geeignet, Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber, frische Handtücher, Frühstück sehr überschaubar, es fehlte etwas herzhaftes und frisches Obst, richtiger Kaffee wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen, wir hatten als Familie eine gute Zeit im My Place Hotel

Wir haben extra Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Leider haben wir vor Ort festgestellt, dass man diese nicht betreten darf. Das Hotel ansich ist in die Jahre gekommen, es wirkt alles etwas herrunter gekommen, der Garten und die Terasse ist aber sehr angenehm. Für einen Städtetrip war das Hotel vollkommend ausreichend Die Zimmer waren immer schön sauber und das Personal war rund um due Uhr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend

Would not recommend

Toilet would not flash, water dripping from zink all the time, dirty carpets, you could hear everything from your neighbor, extremely warm in room. The bathroom was really old. We found a mousse hole in the room. Bar and restaurant was closed all through out our stay.

The rooms are very dirty. I had to ask for an extra towel so I can clean the dust from bed frames and furnitures (travelling with a child having a breathing condition). The bathroom was very dirty too, but the staff didn’t want to provide me with the cleaning supplies and I had to wait till next day for the cleaning staff to clean the bathtub. They came and made only our beds, bathroom remained dirty. The staff offered me another room which was even in worst condition. Broken toilet seat and sink full of rust! Even though they are having international tourists, they do not offer adapters for electric plugs or USB plugs to charge the phone's. They sell them for 7£ at the reception, or you can get one at 5£ on the corner store. There were only 2 plugs in our room. So we had to unplug the tv to charge phones. Ridiculous in 2025!
