Perfect for up to three guests, this top-floor apartment offers peace and quiet, a surprising escape from the bustling city, despite being within strolling distance of central London's attractions.
Located on the first floor, this maisonette features a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and a double sofa bed, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. The well-appointed bathroom includes a shower. A dedicated dining area provides space for meals, while the inviting living area boasts a spacious sofa, a fifty-inch Phillips Ambilight smart TV, a PS5 with two controllers for entertainment, and Apple HomePod speakers for immersive sound. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a brand new microwave, toaster, kettle and a new Nespresso Vertuo machine, plus a washing machine for your convenience.
This unique maisonette is nestled in the vibrant Caledonian Road neighbourhood, a dynamic area offering a mix of local charm and convenient access to central London. Explore the diverse range of shops, restaurants, and pubs along Caledonian Road, or venture a little further to discover the rich history and cultural attractions of nearby Islington and King's Cross. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
Please be careful when entering with cases scratching walls as is a custom mural up the stairs.
