Unlike other hotels I viewed this one was spacious and had famous locations to visit just a walk away! A nice room to come back to after a long day out, great breakfast, and finally a wonderful place to stay.

Very clean and comfortable! Staff was happy to allow luggage drop off before check-in. Fresh water available to guests in the lobby which was appreciated during the heat and as a courtesy. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here!

I recently visited London and booked the Premier Inn New Southgate, as it was close to the event I was attending. Three out of the 7 nights, the elevator was not working, it had no hot water and the air conditioning for the last two nights was out of order as well. We constantly had to ask for towels (for a double occupancy) they only gave us one bath towel….. I would not recommend this place at all

There is no air conditioning in the room, and the windows cannot be opened. There is only a small fan, which is not enough to cool or ventilate the room. The room is extremely hot, humid, and very uncomfortable, and I do not feel that these conditions are safe or acceptable. I understand that the property may not normally provide AC, but with no way to open the windows and only a small fan, there needs to be another solution. Please reconsider this and either provide proper air conditioning or move us to a room with adequate ventilation and cooling. Staying in a hot, humid room with no fresh airflow is not okay. I would really appreciate this being addressed as soon as possible. Thank you.

Preis Leistung für London sehr gut, zwar ist das hotel vom Zentrum ca. 1 Std. entfernt aber mit der ubahn dennoch bequem zu erreichen. Minuspunkt für das Frühstück, jeden Tag das selbe und für uns viel zu wenig, keine gurken, Tomaten, Käse oder sonst was. Da fehlt mir die türkische und deutsche Art zu frühstücken.
