The apartment does not have designated parking but there are nearby pay & display carp parks where you can park however this can sometimes be expensive considering the location of the property. Please reach out if you require parking and we will do our best to help.

Please note that the keys must be collected by the guest prior to arrival from a nearby shop, conveniently located within a 5–10 minute walk from the property. The shop is open Monday to Saturday from 9am – 11pm and Sunday from 10am –11pm.

Luckily for you, the apartment is in the ideal location so nothing is too far away.



The best way to get places fast in London is by using the London Underground (Tube). The nearest Tube stop is Battersea Power Station.



You can also use Londons' black cab taxi service to get around.

HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING



*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Stays over 7 nights require additional housekeeping for an £125 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced accordingly.



*Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



*Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either:A refundable security deposit of £150 (depending on property size), OR

A non-refundable damage waiver of £15 per night up to £53 (depending on length of stay)
