Wonderful hotel! Clean, comfortable and really fabulous staff. All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful- extremely unusual to find that every member of staff is fantastic. Special thanks to Tsvetan who went above and beyond to get us settled when we arrived. The facilities are excellent, we will definitely stay again!

Great gym and pool next door and breakfast was awesome. For me, room was dirty with previous guest’s dropped medication still on floor, hair around taps and shower head full of gunk that didn’t spray properly. No milk and sugar to have a coffee in room. Lacks the detail needed for a great stay

This hotel was a marvelous and surprising experience. Glorious decor all done with deep red and black everywhere. The lobby is large and bedroom grand. What is even larger was the magnificent gym next door. It is the most spectacular exercise room on this planet. Great work and coffee station next door. The front desk staff all are wonderful and friendly. Loved the restaurant in addition to a beautiful walking town.

Excellent Stay, free parking, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I did not have breakfast but had dinner in the Huddle restaurant food reasonably priced. There’s Tesco supermarket only approx 5 mins walk. Next to Rugby Stadium not sure how noisy it is if there’s a match.

Hotel is overall good. Great amenities: we used the pool and the second floor lounge bar. Breakfast is great. Air Conditioning did not work properly at the night, but it worked well during the day. I raised this issue with the hotel management staff. Room was clean overall but under the bed and behind furnitures was full of dust

Long weekend with my husband. Helpful and nice personal both at the reception and breakfast. Good breakfast with all the choices available. Bus stop just outside of the hotel. Spa, gym and pool next door. Clean rooms, tea, coffee and cookies available. Good beds but cold offer lower alternative pillows. My warm recommendation.

Great location for Twickenham Stadium. Car parking was a bonus, especially for the rugby match day. As my wife Fiona's birthday were given complimentary breakfast and couple of drinks vouchers which were much appreciated. Thank you. First time staying here, and will defintely stay again.
