First for the positives: the staff at the check in was amazing, so helpful and genuinely happy to assist. The free coffee and tea station at each floor is super convenient as well. The location is perfect, underground station is close by, as well as the bus station.
Now for the negatives. The main one is that the WiFi is beyond terrible. And I don’t mean that you cannot stream movies, I mean it’s completely unusable for something as simple as reading emails?!? For a new and not so cheap hotel, I would expect more. Also, mobile network doesn’t work in the hotel as well. This was a huge inconvenience for us, since we needed to get some work done at the hotel and it was simply impossible. Horrible WiFi. Second, no fridge in the room. Honestly, this is the first time I’ve been to a room that doesn’t have even a tiny, mini fridge. We weren’t able to purchase anything to eat or even cool our water because there is no fridge in the room?! Also, the bathroom door couldn’t close properly and the cleaning left a bit to be desired. All in all, will not stay here again.
