Worst experience!

Apt was filthy, what was told to me at the time of booking was completely different. The blinds in the main bedroom were broken. There were dirty stains on the carpet . There were exposed wires everywhere which was very dangerous. The duvet had urine stains and was filthy, we complained the very next day and wanted our refund . No refund till now!
