I could not find the email with all the codes to enter the apartment. Emaile and phone calls to nowhere didn't help. This is the time that this has happened me, so I will just have to put it down to experience.

Clean, noisy, very malodorous bathroom.

Location was OK: close to public transport but way too noisy (sirens and other loud traffic) as it is right on the high street. The room was immaculate BUT the smell from the bathroom was unbearable. The drains/pipes in there are so bad that made the room very uncomfortable to use. We phoned up to report this right away and said we were cancelling our second night's stay and we were told we *should* get a refund in about 5-10 working days. We never heard back from the management....not good. We will NOT be recommending them to anyone.

Smelly studio room

The location is excellent and previous stays at your apartment have been good. The negatives for me are communication is slow when you need something which I understand when there are no staff on duty it’s difficult, but if there is a problem you need issues rectifying promptly. We ended up staying in a room which smelt of blocked drainage, this was unbearable at times, unfortunately despite informing the staff no one attended during my 2 night stay to rectify it. The apartment was not cleaned properly and had clumps of hair on the floor in various locations. We were offered a 20% off voucher for our next stay but then noticed on the your apartment website they were giving away that deal anyway so no real Compensation. Previously stayed at your apartments on several occasions and didn’t feel Looked after as a valued customer in this occasion

Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.

The room was perfect, exactly what we needed and clearly very newly refurbished. It was a little hot though, and the entrance hallway had a bad smell. Small issues really and it was nearly a perfect 5 stars. Would definitely stay again, although maybe at a similar property closer to the city.

Unfortunate encounter

I arrived at the accommodation late Sunday night. It was well located and the instructions for entry were clear. The hallway was a bit dingy but the room seemed in generally acceptable condition in terms of the furniture and bathroom. Upon arrival there were some off putting cleanliness issues in the room (dust,stains on the floor, and noticeable stains and hairs on the bedding) and it was so loud (right on the main road with single panes windows) that nobody could reasonably have been expected to sleep or work there. I left voluntarily and escalated the issues. I was not offered a resolution in the timeframe of my stay or refund however the CS did communicate right me and release my refund timely.
