“The worst experience”

“My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. ”

“Superkoselig leilighet og god seng. Men såpen og sjampoen de hadde der luktet vondt, og håndklærne ble ikke byttet ut - som gjorde at de to håndklærne vi hadde ble veldig skitne og egentlig aldri tørre. Veldig bratt og smal trapp opp til leilighetene som det var meget vanskelig å bære bagasje opp. Men ellers var vi veldig fornøyd, flott beliggenhet rett ved siden av Kings Cross stasjon. ”

“This is a nice apartment, close to some major spots in London. The place was clean, and the bed and foldout couch were very comfortable. Even though the staff is remote, they quickly answered our questions. The only issues we had were with the internet (which was very unreliable - and even the TV kept freezing because of it), and the door lock (which doesn't always work right). But we certainly would recommend this place. ”

“Space was great. Be prepared to for a lot of stairs if you are in #3. We counted 63. Overall it was great place, central location.”

“I stayed in 2 bedroom flat number 4, it is very neat and renovated. The second bedroom is a bit small and has a single size bed which makes the apartment suitable for 3 persons only, not 4. The location is amazing, walking distance from everything; I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Pros: Very tidy, newly renovated and non-moldy place (unlike other hotels in London..!) Cons: If it's just a bit warm you'll need to air out the room, and the sounds from other apartments were in our case extremely loud, you could hear a neigbor cough like they were in the room - and depending on what flat you got, you might have no privacy without the blinds fully down. We had flat 17. It's generally well-equipped, the instructions were very thorough and it felt safe really. The plase was……

“Location is great. But the hygiene inside the bathroom can be improved. Also the heater makes the air feel like a little bit too foggy, can’t breathe properly.”

“Had a tough go with this hotel. I made a reservation two days prior to check in and tried to get in touch with them to facilitate check in, as the website directs. I finally got an answer through Whats App from Park Lane, the parent of this property and the gave my the contact to the property manager of Stay in Bond Street. I tried contacting them for a day and half. I finally got an answer after landing at Heathrow, preparing to head to the property. I was not too happy to hear that they had to……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Stayo Southbank! Having an entire apartment with all basic home amenities was super convenient. All the appliances worked well, the only thing missing were forms of cutlery. There were signs of a little wear and tear which is to be expected for a hotel but it was still a very comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely book a stay there again! ”

“2-minute walk from the Aldgate East Underground Station, with some cafes nearby. Equipped with washing machine with drying function, which makes a long-stay (11 days and 10 nights) more convenient. Likely to stay in the same hotel when I come back to London next time.”
