“Very good”

“The pool wasn't available . The house keeping staff was outside a side exit off the lobby smoking . You had to walk past the smoke to get to the parking lot . The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk should have had information about local restaurants and restaurants that delivered . It was convent and worth a second look if they make a few changes . We shall see .”

“They say that the rooms have been renovated, but in my opinion, they are still a little bit outdated. The beds aren’t very comfortable. However, the cleaning crew does an amazing job and the other employees are very pleasant. Breakfast is very simple and the same every day. The pool had a green tint to it so I’m not sure if that’s being maintained so we decided to just go to the beach. The hotel felt very safe and near just about any shopping area or restaurant you may want.”

“One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.”

“The property was older and it’s okay. I noticed in my room the retailed the foyer and bathroom nicely but the carpet was old the blinds were older. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but with a little updating this place could be nice.”

“The building is extremely old. That being said it is showing it age, but it was very clean. The ocean front room with balcony was perfect. The office staff could not have been more helpful or efficient. My main complaint with housekeeping was how noisy it was every day. Not with duties or vacuums, but with shouting from one end of the hall to the other. The hotel was the perfect distance to the ocean. We did not eat the breakfast, but I'm sure it was delicious. It would've been nice to have……

“Hotel as a whole was good as it always is. Tower one pool and lazy river was closed and looks to be closed all summer. Would have been nice to know that before hand as our room was in tower one. As usual you get a parking card to put in your car yet they apparently do not stop people from parking in the loading/unloading spots all week. At 7am this morning there were only 2 spots to park in to be able to load our stuff. We were the only car loading up at the time. As usual as well there were no……

“Great beach view , nice balcony. Friendly staff. Place was clean , pool area stayed clean. Easy beach excess. Quite area... really enjoyed our stay.”

“This is our second time at Ocean Creek. The first time was in the North Tower, and everything was amazing. This time we had a smaller budget and stayed in one of the villas. The room was nice enough, but all of the outlets except one were extremely hard to access, making charging devices hard and one of the outlets in the kitchen did not work. The insulation is rather poor, I could clearly hear someone in a neighboring room snoring, and we could hear every step our upstairs neighbor took, late……
