“Air conditioner couldn't get the downstairs below 77 degrees. There was no A/C upstairs. This was known before my stay due to a previous renter posting a review. Spent the first two days of my 4 day vacation dealing with the HVAC repairman who couldn't fix the 22 year old unit. There was an electrical unit in which when you turned on the vent in the bathroom and touched the water faucet for the shower you got shocked. “We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean, well stocked, very comfortable furniture and king bed. We met other people who lived in the building and they were very nice. Only thing we were unaware of was the pool did not open until April 15th. Already thinking about next year.”

“It was a wonderful time. The condo was immaculate and the furniture looked brand new and it was very comfortable. The host answered my texts and/or email within minutes. There is so much to do within a few minutes drive. I will definitely be back and I will be looking to stay at this condo again. If I could give the rating more than five stars, I definitely would! “The condo is located in a quiet, golf community with access to amenities. Easy, short drive to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Wayne had great recommendations for places to go and the BEST bagels ever! The condo itself is very clean and spacious. They even had a pack-n-play crib available when we found out at the last minute we were bringing our infant grandson. Wayne reached out to us before our trip and a couple times during the week to make sure things were good. We cannot say enough……
