"AMAZING! Unexpectedly nice / quirky / sweet / well appointed. Came in town for LBI race. Loved the little touches - including cute lobby w coffee bar next to surf boards, hot pot in room , mini fridge, beauty of a BR — and ocean view!!! Would 100% go back"

"Great location. Hotel was renovated 4 years ago. Rooms are clean and still feel new. Only stayed over one night for a wedding but very nice!! Staff was very friendly. Free coffee and tea in lobby."

"The home was perfect! Had all the amenities that you could want only a few blocks from the beach had kayaks, paddle boards, beautiful back porch overlooking looking the bay. We will definitely be renting from there again thank you Nancy for a great experience.!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. Communication with host was great. Only downside was the beds. They felt old, hard and very uncomfortable. But otherwise it is a great little cottage."
