The Hostess at breakfast was very friendly and helpful with our questions about parking for my brother who was coming to meet us. Would stay here again. The only con would be thevceiling height in the 3rd floor rooms.”

“Old school New England motel with beautiful views of the the Essex River and Great Salt Marsh. The staff is very friendly and the rooms and grounds are clean. We've book a weekend there every May and intend to continue doing so. As long as you're not expecting a fancy resort, this is probably your best option on Cape Ann. Z”

“What a wonderful find. Wished I could have stayed longer. With the wide open Atlantic Ocean right in front of you and the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks, I slept like a baby. Great contact from Cove staff about their self check in process made it super easy, but I as a result, I never actually got to meet anyone. Easy walk down the Main Street with many interesting shops and artist studios. Just a few minutes away from the famous Bearskin Neck. My room was super clean, beautifully……

“Traveling to visit Salem was made easy by staying here at this hotel. My fiancé and I enjoyed our one week stay and we both loved the breakfast variety that they had to offer. The little omelettes with the bell peppers and the waffles were my absolute favorite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have a pricing issue because of a check in error, but it was fixed and I was refunded the excess amount fairly quickly.
