“Everything about it was nice.”

“I woke up in the middle of the night with about 100 ants next to my bed. But I can’t even tell the staff until 9 AM because there’s no staff at night. When I did finally get to the staff they only gave me one option, which is to stay in an ice cave themed room. Which does not sound appealing and let me tell you do not run that room. It is terrible. “This is a charming inn with two different old houses. It’s well located and has a fabulous breakfast that’s included. Two things I would say for house we were in. One, there is no indoor sitting area. Our room, while quite large, had only a small love seat and the common area was not decorated to accommodate sitting. So having indoor drinks before dinner wasn’t really a good option. There is a very nice patio for outdoor relaxing. The bigger issue was the ice maker. It is LOUD and it went off……

“The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. ”

“Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. ”

“This is a very budget motel. I was only staying one night, but there was no dresser or closet or even a shelf, if I wanted to unpack anything from my bag; just two hooks on the wall over the table. The motel had a very dingy feel to it-- not dirty, per se, but dingy. Stains on the ceiling, cigarette burn in the blanket. No tissue box. The toilet tissue wasn't folded over like I usually see in hotels to indicate the room had been cleaned, so I could only hope that it had been. Additionally, the……
