“My partner and I feel the room didn’t get cleaned before we checked in. There was hair all over the bathroom and room, used Q-tips in the bathroom trash can and dirt still on the shower floor. We were so uncomfortable that we ended up checking out super early.”

“First of all the staff was outstanding…..always aiming to please. We arrived early and the staff immediately assisted us in securing a room….since we were traveling with our two kitty cats……and the temps outdoors were extremely hot. Stef and her staff were so ever helpful and cordial. Her assistant went out of her way to make a room available! (Wish we knew her name….she along with Stef were outstanding!) The hotel has a great cafe with delicious coffee and treats! The hotels ‘ location is……

“It was a unique experience that I would receive messages asking if I was ok and if I needed anything. I asked for a mug so I can make tea and a few minutes later, I received it. The room was very spacious.”

“We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!”

“This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning.”

“They cancelled the reservation and would not tell me why. I wrote to the Hotel asking why they cancelled and they directed me to call them. When I DID call the number they gave me, to ask why they cancelled, a man demeaned and belittled my concern and told me to take it up with the third party company I booked with to tell me why the HOTEL itself cancelled my reservation. After explaining the hotel directed me to call that number specifically he interrupted me multiple times telling me he……
