“The property was very clean, and the receptionists were excellent and very friendly. They engaged in conversations and offered directions and solutions to common issues.
I felt that they went far beyond what is expected. Warm greeting upon first entering the hotel. ”

“The rooms are a little small, and could use a little updating. It was not badly out of date, but there were just some minor things that could use a little improvement. The parking is extremely tight and it’s one lane that is used for both the entrance and the exit off of a very busy street which could present a hazard. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable.”
“We stayed at the Andrew because I was having surgery at LIJ the next day. It was a very short ride so it was perfect. We enjoyed the hotel, but the only bad thing was the smell in the hallways. It wasn't pleasant.”
