Pocono weekend

This was my family Christmas get together, the property met our needs for 4 families to gather including 5 children with plenty of space. The property manager was very responsive to o a few minor issues that came up.

Wedding party vacation

We booked this vacation for a joint bachelor, bachelorette week of relaxation, family bonding, and celebration. The house was super clean, the sauna and hot tub were clean and nice to relax in and the local area is a lot of fun. The property owner Andrew was great to book with, overall 10/10 experience.

Terrific stay!

The house was in great condition, comfortable, and stocked with all the games you’d want to play! The backyard was also conducive to fun outdoor games like volleyball or cornhole. Great community amenities too for the family to enjoy. Andrew was responsive and easy to work with, don’t hesitate to stay here. We will be back in the coming years…

Poconos Visit

Location was great and great backyard for young kids. Could use a little TLC but really enjoyed the house. Needs screens in the windows for being able to enjoy the nice weather.

Family trip

We had a great trip staying here. The house is perfect for families. The living space is a great layout for little kids and babies. The location was perfect with a nice beach and pools in the community. It ended up raining a 2 of the days there and the indoor pool was great! The house could use some love, but it was all we needed. My only recommendation is to bring a lot of water. The host recommends not using the water for drinking and cooking.

Amazing

The house was very nice. It was spacious and clean. My friends and I enjoyed every bit of the house. The hot tub was great, it was snowing at the time. So the snow made it even more fun. The owner is of the house was easy to contact with and not complicated. Everything was straight forward. Thank you for an amazing time! 😊 Would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Nice place, they need a better cleaning crew.

The place was beautiful. But the house was dirty, we had to clean bathrooms, organize rooms, we couldn’t use the grill. The property manager was very helpful. The view is beautiful, but they need a better cleaning crew. The house has an incredible potential! But the cleaning crew is not doing their job ! Besides that, nice stay.

Nice place for a friends gathering

We had 3 families (14 people) gathered to celebrate a birthday. It was a good size and game room was a plus. The adults enjoyed the hot tub after the kids were in bed and it was great. The only thing that would have made this perfect is having the jetted tub in the master operational. It was missing the plug so we had to stuff with a wash cloth but then the jets wouldn't turn on. The little girls wanted their own 'hot tub' experience. We had a great extended weekend though and everyone left happy :)

Dirty house

This was my 1st time using this type of service. I was not happy, my party was not happy. The place was not clean, when we arrived my husband and I started to clean the home, but it was jist to much. We called our management rep, some cleaners came to the property and did a little something, but the place was still dirty. When the place where your going to eat and sleep is dirty that really ruins the experience. We made the best of it. I was assured that I would receive a refund, I hope i don't have to wait long for my refund.

Family Vacation

Andrew aimed to please. He was very prompt in addressing any issues. We had plenty of room for our large family. The kids (and some of the adults :) enjoyed the game room. Kids loved watching the deer and even had them eating out of their hand. We enjoyed our trip to Philadelphia, Bushkill Falls, and other local attractions...and was always glad to pull in and enjoy being in our home away from home!

This property needs a lot of work and updating, a few things was broken and not clean. The front steps to the home is broken and wobbly. There was only 2 televisions in the entire house, beds were not comfortable. The hosts of the property was easy to reach and very responsive. It has potential to be a great place with the necessary updating.
