One suggestion would be little things like an extra towel, hand towel, bath mat - when you’re staying with 6, one bath mat get drenched pretty quickly. But that is a minor point. "In general the accommodation is more or less good in terms of location, room space and cleanliness. However I did have a not so nice experience during checkin. I have got an email from the hotel offering me an upgrade to level 5 or 6 before my stay, which I have confirmed the acceptance via email. But when checked in the hotel on 27-09-2025, I was told by the reception that the offer and confirmation did not appear in their system and the upgrade was not validated. This has caused some chaos then. I have to stay in a room on level 3 to the end of my trip."
