The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It was exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed the screened patio and the view the beach. There was a nice sandy walkway out to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We also enjoyed the pool.

We were on Longboat for my nephews wedding and I am so glad I chose this condo! It was clean, well kept, with an updated kitchen and the location cannot be beat. My son and I even extended our stay for two extra days and RVA was incredible to work with. We will definitely be returning to #2 at The Cabana Beach Club!

Property was much nicer than we expected with new/updated appliances, flooring etc. Great view of beach and nice balcony to watch sunset. Spacious and perfect for a nice getaway to Longboat Key! We will definitely return for a trip in the future.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we tried to add an additional night. We loved the balcony with such a gorgeous view and screened porch. Having a washer and dryer was a plus and the furnishings were so lovely. Would definitely return!

Updated, very clean and closest condo to the beach. RVA was very responsive when called. Highly recommend. Condo had beach towels, boogie boards to use and lounge chairs were on the beach already!

This is the second time we have stayed in this building, different unit. My husband and I just loved this property. All you have to do is go down the stairs and your toes are in the sand. Gorgeous sunsets, and so quiet. It is our favorite, and we will be back!

What a view and right on the beach. We came down for a short getaway and it was hard to leave. This unit has the best view and it’s like you are literally on the beach. The unit was newly furnished. The beach was peaceful and quiet. The area was nice and non commercialized. It made me want to become a snow bird and spend my entire winter at the beach.

We chose this lovely condo because it was in a smaller complex. It was very easy to socially distance while enjoyIng the beach and pool. The unit is nicely outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean unit. We loved sitting on the balcony. We hope to return soon.

Had a short two-day stay for our daughter's wedding at Mote Marine. It was a perfect location, away from the hustle and density of south Longboat. Gave us a small island of calm in the storm of wedding preparations. The girls in the wedding party got dressed and ready out there and we did much of the formal photography on the beach. Unit was clean, updated, and well-appointed. While compact, there was room for everyone and everything. Beach views are awesome. I would recommend it without reservation.

Everything in this unit was as expected. Nice layout, appliances were new, kitchen was well stocked (but the knives weren’t very good, but that is the usual!). Location and the view was great! The hurricane was a source of entertainment, we felt safe enough. The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the small side, but were furnished nicely. The barbecue grills were very nice and well maintained. We were two adult couples, but families were in other units and looked like they had a great time! Loved having access the the lounge chairs that are on the beach. An overall great stay!

We rented this property for a long holiday weekend - loved the perfect location on the beach! The apartment was comfortable and nicely decorated with beach decor and had - literally - everything we needed. The kitchen was small, but fully equipped, which I loved since we prepared our entire holiday dinner right there! This unit has its own full sized washer and dryer. This area of Longboat Key is very quiet and peaceful which is what we were looking for - the beach is beautiful with sugar white sand and tons of shells, beach chairs already at the beach, and there were plenty of nice beach towels for us to use! There is a pool area and a patio with a grill as well. We can't wait to come back for our next stay!
