What's better than your own private paradise? Come and enjoy this beautiful, recently remodeled, canal front 2 bedroom 2 bathroom private home with heated pool located within walking distance to the longboat key beaches. Close proximity to restaurants and a neighborhood atmosphere This beautifully updated elevated 2BR/2 BATH block home features a private setting with 100ft of canal frontage. Private dock, with spectacular view. Across the canal is an undeveloped nature preserve owned by the Town of Longboat Key (no homes).
Fully screened back patio with tons of comfy seating provides ample space for indoor/outdoor living.
The outdoor area features two lounge chairs, sofa seating with fire pit and additional dining table by the water so you can easily watch for manatee or dolphins.
But, that's not all, there is also a dock so you can bring your boat or rent one from a local marina, do a little fishing or launch kayaks (ask Michaela about the rent)The dock is also equipped with a 10,000 lb. boat lift which is available for use for a small fee to have the lift bunks adjusted to your boat.
Master Bedroom features a king size bed, 55" smart HD TV and en-suite bathroom.
Guest room features 2 twin size beds , 43" smart HD TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of pool towels, beach towels and more.....
BEACH ACCESS across Gulf of Mexico Drive on Gulfside drive across from Christ church. We provide a beach wagon, beach chairs &umbrellas.
To heat the pool during the winter time, we charge $150/week.

We really enjoyed a great stay in Michaela’s lovely rental home for a month and a half. It’s a charming home with a beautiful lanai, a screened pool and wonderful private outdoor space. The landscaping is beautifully done and well maintained. The home was super clean and has a useable well appointed kitchen with necessary cooking equipment which allowed us to prepare most all of our meals there. The home is located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors and a 5 minute walk to a wonderful Gulf of Mexico beach by way of the deeded beach access path. Michaela was an excellent host, always available and was responsive to our questions and needs. Just an all around excellent experience staying at that location! Thank you very much, Michaela!

Nice Vacation Spot

We loved the house and especially the large pool. Outdoor furniture was comfortable, plenty of umbrellas, pool very clean. Nearly complete privacy! Lots of beach towels. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms clean. Good showers. Private beach access is not clearly defined, but public beach access is just down the road at south end of Gulfside Drive. On the whole, we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Rental House Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Here are some highlights of my stay: 1. Impeccable Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the rental house was spotless and well-maintained. 2. Spacious and Comfortable: The rental house provided ample space for all occupants. The rooms were well-appointed, and the furniture was both stylish and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. 3. Excellent Amenities: The house was equipped with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, the high-speed internet. 4. Beautiful Surroundings: The rental house was situated in a picturesque location, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. We enjoyed breathtaking views from the windows and spent hours relaxing on the spacious outdoor patio. 5. Responsive and Friendly Host: The host of the rental house was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire booking process and our stay. They promptly answered any questions we had and ensured that we had a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Everything you need for a pleasant stay

Our first impression upon arrival was that this was like an HGTV house with everything perfectly placed within a notable beach design theme. Everything within the fully supplied house was new, almost new, or very clean. Even the landscaping was eye pleasing and well maintained. The location or the north side of the island is nice if you want a bit quieter and neighborhood feel away from the condo complexes. Neighbors in the area are very friendly. If you have a small boat, it is perfect with a lift. One issue that LBK needs to address that is out of the owners' control is the red tide. It limits the beach use on certain days. Good thing that the property has a very nice pool set up. Special surprises were the awesome foam mattresses in each bedroom and the availability to explore the local canals with kayaks. The owner was very responsive and helpful for tips. Really nothing negative to post after staying over a month. Would recommend for a small family. We cannot wait to visit again to this small slice of paradise.
