Amazing Visit

We had an outstanding time at this condo. The neighbors are amazing! We loved visiting with them! We had a few peoblems with entering the home initially and the heater- but the management company was wonderful in getting all our problems fixed quickly! Would highly recommend this place- would love to rent again!

Beautiful rental, we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful condo on the water. The views are outstanding! My family had everything we needed for a week's stay, comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms, and a well-outfitted kitchen, the unit overall was very clean and well-kept. The complex has nice pool and other amenities like a kayak launch space and tennis courts that we enjoyed daily. The location was ideal for us, we took day trips to Anna Maria Island and also to Sarasota during our stay and both were short and easy drives. The management was very responsive. We have already booked for 2024, and look forward to returning!

Great location and property and grounds were very nice. Property had been completely renovated. Only complaints were not sure where our parking spot was supposed to be, we were asked to move by one resident and we weren’t given a numbered spot. The slider lanai doors with alarm were in bad shape and don’t slide well make the alarm a pain. Also our code we were given for lock box was wrong and we had to call in.

Spring Break

Great location and pool. The only issues were the alarm on the sliding door to pool and traffic congestion due to construction. The alarm went off all the time and required two people to use the door because it is older and broken. Not sure why it’s needed but there needs to be a better system.
