「The beach was awesome, very quiet and relaxing, and the hotel staff were very attentive to any need we might have. It also has a great pool in the middle. And valet parking was complimentary!!!」

「Great location and enough space for a couple and kids. I was on a studio with a king bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen had enough stuff. Bathroom doesn’t have shampoo and conditioner. It was ok but i didn’t take mine so i had to go buy it. Publix is very close so that’s also very convenient」

「Just got back from our long weekend trip to Longboat Key. Had a marvelous stay in the Vitamin Sea property. Everything was just perfect - really nice unit with all the necessities already stocked, steps from a beautiful beach and gorgeous sunsets, and great amenities (to include miniature golf)! Great pool for morning swims. Our host, Heidi, was a gem! Easy reservation/check-in and always making sure we had everything we needed. She even surprised us with a shell ornament gift and cinnamon...

「So homey and comfy! Everything was clean and put together, kitchen had everything I needed for the stay. Umbrellas/floaties/etc were a bonus I wasn’t expecting! Absolutely will come back! Already planning the next one!」

「Close to beach and cozy」

「Terrible experience. The place was extremely dirty and had many cockroaches. The bed sheets had clearly been used by previous guests and had not been changed. There were no clean sheets available to replace them. I felt completely ripped off. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend it at all.」

「My family and I had a great stay at the property. The proximity to the beach was great for our family and allowed for easy breaks during the day as it was only a minute walk to the beach. Easy drives to Sarasota and Anna Maria Island made for fun day trips with little work to get there. Would recommend for those wanting a relaxing stay with easy beach access and desiring to be outside of the highly tourist traffic. Thanks for a great stay.」

「the absolute best views and beyond better hosts」

「The view it's a 100/10 that's basically what you paid but the place it's old, dirty, and needs maintenance. The AC doesn't work properly, the thermostat showed 72 degrees but was hotter so it means that the machine froze. The TV remote does not have batteries. The shower curtain it's beyond dirty, it's disgusting. The bedroom doesn't have curtains so the sun will wake you up as soon as it rises. Now the view it's beautiful, the location it's perfect. They provide you with beach essentials like...

「Only issue is that the towels were stained but everything else was amazing. Thank you very much for a memorable stay.」

「Heidi was fantastic! She responded to all email questions before our stay. She sent helpful text messages, right before our stay with recommendations for our visit. Followed up during stay also to make sure there were no issues or questions with the property. Would rent again from her; great host!」
