“This property was everything that you could ask for,what a phenomenal place and the pool was so nice,we loved our stay there and we will do it again,we traveled 800 miles by car for this opportunity and the host DID NOT disappoint us,thank you… Great place 👍 Very clean,quiet and what an evening breeze coming from the front balcony,we did not want to leave (10 days)…”

“This was a really cute place to stay and an awesome location. There was some confusion with the check in communication, I think the email sent was for a different property at it said to go to a main office and parking deck, which was not at this condo. Once I was Unable to find this, the host did communicate that the check-in was just simply a code sent at the check in time and that parking passes were in the room. The only other issue is there is one AC window unit in bedroom and it stayed……

“This condo needs immediate attention from the owner! Paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls. There is mold around the air vents. Some people are deathly allergic to mold. The comforter on the king bed needs to be thrown in the trash! There is a stain on box spring cover that looks like mold. And the couch also needs to be thrown in the trash! I was disappointed with the appearance of the condo!”

“Our stay here was perfect. Quiet, private, and SO close to the beach. The beach chairs provided were very helpful, we had everything we needed. The porch view is lovely, day or night. We changed our dates by a day at the last minute and the hosts were very accommodating. The pool is clean and private. ”

“We had an amazing stay overall! The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect—truly the highlight of the trip. Having the beach right outside made it completely worth the money, and we spent so much time just soaking it all in.The unit itself is a bit dated, with older fixtures that could use some updating. It also would have been helpful to have a few more essentials on hand, like extra garbage bags and properly stocked soap (the dispenser seemed to be mostly water).A note to future renters:……

“Only a half mile walk to Barefoot Landing. Quiet area at the southernmost end of N Myrtle Beach.”
