"We needed to book a hotel in the area somewhat urgently in order to deal with a family emergency. The staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. From perfect accommodations to wonderful food and generous help, we had everything we needed in order to make an uncomfortable situation an extremely pleasant experience. We are looking forward to staying here again, and we will no doubt enjoy the incredible bath products, fluffy robes, excellent staff, delicious food, and great location. "

"Host double booked on VRBO and other major house sharing platform. I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. They basically told me I could not stay and it was their fault it was double booked. I had to rebook at a hotel at double price because it was a busy weekend. VRBO sucked in helping. Beware. "It’s a very cute property and was perfect for our group. We weren’t aware it was on the flight path but were happy they stopped flying overhead at a certain hour. Very conveniently located to downtown and most sites we wanted to visit. Our host very graciously provided all basic necessities like coffee and creamer, that was very much appreciated! If we head back to San Nose we’d likely want to stay there again!"
