“Wonderful location! Very spacious with two primary suites and a rather comfortable comfortable pull out sofa bed. Walking distance to groceries, Starbucks, and a wonderful little French breakfast /brunch place. Communication was no problem. Entry instructions were very clear. We have family nearby and plan to stay again.”

“The location was great. It was very close to the church, and walking to the ferry dock, downtown, and the grocery store were very doable. The use of the golf cart was very convenient; although it took a while to maneuver in and out of the parking space. The host was very accommodating when we were learning how to operate the golf cart too. Just a heads up that the gas station is quite a drive from the condo. One suggestion: Please update the pictures of the bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 post the……

“This place is a great location to not only enjoy Santa Monica its restaurants & attractions but close enough to the highway to easily checkout downtown Los Angeles or do day trips to other nearby areas. Zachary was a very responsive host. We very much enjoyed our stay at his place. ”

“The overall accommodation experience is very good. The community is quiet and safe. The whole house is clean and comfortable. It faces the sea and has beautiful scenery. Our whole family likes it very much. The community has its own beach. The only drawback is that the golf cart is a bit old and the left rear seat belt is always loose. Hope the owner can repair it.”

“We had a great visit at Jim’s condo. The location is wonderful about a 10-15 walk to the Hermosa Pier and the Redondo marina. The rooftop views at sunset were spectacular! Jim greeted us at check-in and kept in contact with us the day following to make sure we were happy with our accommodations, he was very attentive.”

“The place was amazing! So many pros - the view is perfect, house was so clean, bed was extremely comfy, the place was stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation from kitchen supplies to extra blankets. Fireplace was so nice. Easy to get to and from town on the provided golf cart. Cons - nothing too big. We left pumpkin pie out (in container) and ants were all over it the next morning. We left nothing out after that and didn’t see another ant. I have AT&T and couldn’t make calls……
