「Gorgeous property, inside and out! Absolutely loved our stay. 67 steps to the unit, but worth every step for the amazing view! No AC, but in July this was no problem — just opened a window to bring in the cool evening air. Having a golf cart to get around is a must, and so appreciated having one included. Twice we even encountered deer walking across the road while coming up and down the mountain. So beautiful! This was an experience we won’t soon forget! 」

「Hamilton Cove is a treasure. It’s a gorgeous property with stunning ocean views, spacious, quiet, and has access to a private beach. Golf carts were a big bonus to getting around town and easy to maneuver. Be prepared for MANY steps at this property. There are no elevators and you have to carry luggage up when you arrive and down when leaving. There are minor things that need some upgrades but we didn’t mind. 「Very nice condo. Need to fix the lock box we were unable to open it but the housekeeper let us in. Would love to come back. Want owner to know that the chair and footstool in livingroom have rips just in case they didn't know. Unfortunately, the bedding smelled like engine oil. 「This is a great location a short walk to the beach. The amenities for the price are good as well. In L.A. it seems you have to pay to park everywhere, and this location has a good parking space attached. I highly recommend for a beach vacation. 「Everything was great. Catalina is becoming our home away from home. We enjoy staying in different areas. This was our first time in the condos. It’s so nice having all the amenities with a full house and a golf cart. We had a hiccup at booking, but Lamont made sure everything was taken care of. Also a small mishap with the golf cart, but they sent the mechanic immediately. Always nice staying somewhere with the owner accessible who takes care of any issues.」
