“Check in was a nightmare but only because I didn’t read all the check in instructions..3 pages of instructions PLEASE READ ALL OF THEM…we ended up parking in the wrong numbered spots and promptly got both of our cars towed..There is only one parking spot for a compact car..(didn’t know that before we arranged the rental car)..No places to park on the street …We did find a parking structure for car but again 3 spots for SUV parking..Parking there was 42.00 a day …You are better off using……

“When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier and taped down tubing in the master bedroom entryway. We also found mold behind the toilet, heading up the wall. Upon reaching out to the property manager, she wasn't aware of these issues and said she need to reach out to maintenance. We were moved into a new unit where we found more dehumidifiers and plastic taped off heading up to the HVAC vents in one of the bedrooms but no visible mold. After sending the picture of this issue to the property……

“Loved the area and the size of the apartment. Everything was close by and amazing food items. Only downside was we were only provided one toilet roll for a family of 4 and the parking wasn’t great, we had to park on the next block since parking wasn’t accessible.”

“Very good place to stay.!”

“The place is amazingly close to the beach, 2 block walk. Restaurants within walking distance.”

“The stay was for Annime Expo, Close to LA Convention Center. Place clean and the roof top pool was a cool place to unwind”

“Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.”

“The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.”

“Hosts are very responsive. Provided great instructions. Our place was excellent. 2 blocks from the beach”

“Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well.”

“The highlights of the property were that it was accommodating for my kids and family and close to the highway. Although coming in off the highway, the area has a lot of traffic. Normal for California but in this situation you are funneled into one option and stuck. The host and his team were extremely communicative but even this had its drawbacks back as the messages they sent me were frequent and even as late as 11:30 at night. There was also extra paperwork and documents, even after we arrived……
