“The listing does not lie — this is the best beach location. Easy access at the end of the block. You can easily walk into downtown Santa Monica or stroll along Main St. We had everything we needed for our one week stay — plenty of towels, comfy bed, nicely stocked kitchen. We thought the space perfect for the two of us. Parking was actually pretty easy once with the parking pass and parking lot. We were here in winter so I can only imagine how amazing the location is for summer beach use. Photos……

“The cottage is beautifully made and had one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in!”

“The kitchen was fully equipped, the walk in closet had more sheets and blankets than I needed. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped also. The outside area was clean and lively, but it was raining so we didn’t use it. I’d stay there again. ”

“This is a great place to stay. My wife and I stayed for 12 days over Christmas 2025. It’s a cottage behind the main house with a large room and a loft. The main room has a queen size bed, kitchen and bathroom. The house is in a nice residential neighborhood which was ideal to walk my dog. Lots of good food options a very short drive from the house. ”
