This property is not ready for renters. Backyard was a mess, old towels on the chairs, mildew on the outdoor furniture, cleaning supplies around, grease stains under the BBQ, no wine glasses, only 2 other glasses, no sheets for the pullout even though I was charged, etc, when I called management to let them know about the mess, the basically told me I was making it all up as they “had the photos the cleaners sent them”. I said well look at my photos, those are the most recent. Also paid for jacuzzi which we didn’t use because it was a mess after the winds. If you’re renting a home and you’re charging extra for the Jacuzzi, you send the pool people out right before your guests arrive to make sure it’s clean.
