Gran estancia.

Was able to check in way earlier than 3 pm, and I couldn’t be thankful enough, I was coming from nyc via Amtrak! Place was clean, neighborhood is sketchy but thankfully didn’t see nothing crazy go on while I stayed there.

The room was basic but clean. The bed was good, linen was clean, airco fully functional, water was hot. Only 8 to 10 parking spaces for about 20 rooms. Neighborhood sketchy. This room was worth $80- not $131-.

In a sketch area, the bed was amazingly comfortable for a one star hotel. The hotel might be converting into an apartment complex or the owners whole family lived there

The picture did not match as advertised. I showed up seeing nasty roaches as I turned on the lights. Pillow cases looked so dirty and the fridge had a dead roach inside and it looked like it was never cleaned up! I was beyond disgusted. Floor did not looked like it was mopped and the door had so many scratches. It’s a sign that the owner of the property does not care or maintain the property for their guest. I had no choice to buy pillow cases, towels and blankets for my own health. Only good thing about this property is walking distance to convenient stores. Never again, I am not returning to this disgusting hotel.
